I am looking for information on Jesse PEMBERTON who was in Hamilton County, IL in 1855 and died before 1860. This Jesse was born abt: 1775 in VA. He migrated to Wilson County, TN by 1809 and then migrated to Hamilton County between 1850 and 1855. He is show living with Joshua PEMBERTON his son on the 1855 state census of Hamilton Co. I believe he died before the 1860 census. Does anyone have any info him or know where I might search for this info? Your help is greatly appreciated.
