Probate Abstract from Legacy of Kin
Upchurch, Charles A; Times-Leader, 23 Jul 1953: born 27 Mar 1885 in Hamilton County, IL; died 15 May 1953 in Mt Vernon; son of Enoch & Missouri Snyder Upchurch; 1 of 12 children. Married Nancy Tittle, 1916; 1 son died in infancy. Leaves 1 brother: Harry Upchurch of Mowequa; 2 sister: Mrs Mollie Harrison of Flora, Mrs C F Hinman of Mt Vernon. Interred at New Hope.

Is this the correct Charles A Upchurch ?

There is a 1960 obit for Bertha M Upchurch Tharp, she is a daughter of John Upchurch....don't think this is "your" Bertha.
