I have 3 marriage records I've been looking for in Hamilton Co, and would appreciate a lookup please.
1. Francis Louise Mayberry and John N. Johnson about 1883.
2. Charles McLendon/McClendon Johnson and Maggie A. Unknown about 1895.
Maggie might be a Burnett or a Presley.
Charles and Maggie Johnson are on the 1900 census for Union Co, Cobden IL, married 5 years. I suspect they were married in Hamilton Co, because Charles was born and raised in Hamilton Co. Between 1910 and 1920 they moved to Dallas Texas and joined Charles M Johnson's 2 brothers, John N and Wilburn G Johnson, the 2 brothers moved to Texas before 1900.
3. Samuel Smith, might be Samuel Y. Smith, and Sarah unknown about 1858.
They are on the 1860 census in Hamilton Co, IL, Township 7 range S E - P.O. Lanes Crossroads.
Smith, Samuel 29 born TN and Sarah A 25, born TN.
familysearch.org has a record for a Samuel Smith and a Sarah A. Pemberton.
The 1860 census shows a John D and Martha Pembeton living in the household with Samuel and Sarah Smith. It also has several Pemberton families living around them. Next door is a Pemberton family and a Sarah A Pemberton is one of the children and about the same age as the wife of Samuel Smith. I suspect this is where the family search record comes from.
I need a marriage record to confirm the maiden name of Sarah A. Smith
I'm looking for the parents of Nancy M. Smith born 17 Nov 1867 in IL and died 30 June 1955 Rockwall, TX. The M in her name comes from a marriage record I found for her in Williamson Co, IL. (Wilburn Johnson and Nancy M. Smith 14 Sep 1884 Williamson Co, IL.) I suspect the Smiths above are her parents.
