Oh, I should have tried to check the 1880 census first.

Martin S. Baird appears to be their son, who died around the age of 15. Perhaps Lillie was a daughter, who also died young.

My apologies for not checking the 1880 C. first.

Maybe one of these days, someone will give you the right lead to find the parents of Thomas N. Baird.
