Death Certificate info for Alfred Washington Shindledecker

Alfred Washington Shindledecker died May 27, 1916 in Gladstone, Henderson County. I am trying to see where Alfred might fit into my master Shindledecker family. Is there someone who can look up the information on the death record and let me know what is there? Thanks in advance.
