Old farm just east of South Henderson Cemetery

Can anyone local tell me who might own the farm that is located just east of the South Henderson Cemetery, south of 1640, and west of 1500. It would be in section 12. I believe this may be the ancestral farm, originally owned by the Stansbury/Stanbary line. Thank you kindly.
