I am looking for the last name of Oxford. Sarah Oxford was born on December 26, 1843 in Johnson County, IL according to her death certificate. She married Franic Spong.

Family stories have it that she was an "Indian" girl... Can anyone give me a lead on where to try to track down anything on this surname?
