You might try the Native American census. I also have a Sarah Oxford, listed as a Cherokee. I think it is the same one but mine married Charles Spang and they had a son, Charles Francis Spang. Charles F m. Caroline Rhynesocker and they had 5 children. Does this seem like the same Sarah? Incidentally, I have a Sally Oxford who married Xavier Spang.
