Watson
DECATUR -- Delores R. ``Dee'' Watson, 68, of Decatur died Tuesday (Aug. 5, 1997) in McKinley Court.
Services will be 11:30 a.m. Friday in Brintlinger's Funeral Home with visitation 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday. Burial will be in Macon County Memorial Park, Harristown. Memorials: American Cancer Society or Decatur Memorial Hospital Hospice.
Mrs. Watson was born in Decatur on Nov. 21, 1928, the daughter of James Earl and Pearl Slider Beals. She was a former employee of A.E. Staley Mfg. Co. and a member of First United Methodist Church, Staley Women's Club and Decatur Memorial Hospital Auxiliary.
Surviving are her daughters, Brook Haebich and son-in-law Roger of Decatur; Kay Dickinson and son-in-law Gary Keim of Danville, Calif.; sister, Marilyn Beals Peck and brother-in-law Richard Peck of Cookeville, Tenn.; sisterin-law, P.J. Beals of Decatur; two nieces and two nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Jim Beals.
