I am glad you found this, because I couldn't...but I'm afraid you won't be. The last name is not Rasco, it is Barco. Dempsey's wife, Elisabeth (Stallings), married my ggg grandfather, (William Whaling) after Dempsey died.

Here they are in the 1860 Census, (Year: 1860; Census Place: Township 3 Range 9, Madison, Illinois; Roll: M653_208; Page: 0; Image: 687.)
