William H., Mary E. and their son, William Grayson are buried in the Calvary Cemetery in St. Louis, MO., not mentioned is William F Grayson's wife, Adeline. The Adeline Grayson mentioned on the Illinois Statewide Death Index is probably not Dr. William F Grayson wife, as she is listed on the 1930 census with Dr. Grayson & his mother, Mary E.

You can visit this site:
http://www.archstl.org/cemeteries/

On the left side of the page scroll down to Burial Search, click on it and enter Calvary for the cemetery and Grayson in the last name - it should bring up all 3 of your Grayson names.
To know a little history of the cemetery, click on Locations and Historical.

Illinois Statewide Death Index:
GRAYSON MARY E F/W Y-85 0017683 1935-04-23 MADISON GRANITE CITY
GRAYSON WILLIAM FRIAR M/W Y-79 0038198 1950-09-20 MADISON 50-09-20

Missouri Digital Heritage: Death Record Certificate:
