Any proof of assertions I have heard
(read)that Martha Branson who m James A. Donoho (when?) in Marion Co was d/o Ellis Branson & Ellis son of Briscoe Branson of Maryland who served in Revolutionary War?
Have never seen any reference to verify any of this and wonder if it exists.
Does anyone know for sure???
