I'm searching for information about my gg-grandmother, Sarah "Elizabeth" Morgan born March 31 or April 1, 1841. She married August 23, 1860 in Clinton County, Illinois to Albert McLean Adams. At the time of the 1860 Census, he was still listed with his parents (Thornton & Elizabeth Adams) in Marion County, Illinois. Sarah "Elizabeth" Morgan may have also lived in Marion County but I don't know the names of her parents. She was reportedly 1/4 Cherokee. Following birth of her third child in 1865, she died and is buried in Clinton County, Illinois. I'd like to learn names of her parents and her birth place.
