Isaac Swain married a Mary Ann Burt in 1825. He was born May 7, 1797 at Loyalsock, Pennsylvania and died October 26, 1866 in McHenry County, Illinois. Isaac Swain and his wife, Mary Ann Burt, probably traveled from the State of New York to the State of Illinois around in the 1840s. Do any of you out there have anything further on Isaac or Mary Ann (Burt) Swain? Please respond. I would love to hear more about the both of them! I thought that was all I knew, but I just remembered something, together they had 15 children--many of course didn't reach adulthood and are buried over the county line in Boone County at the Garden Prairie Cemetery
