Miller, Wm & Sally on 1850 McHenry-Chemung census

William Miller, b.ca.1775 NY and wife Sally b.ca. 1774 R.I. are found at Chemung, Mc Henry Cty Illinois on 1850 census. I've not been able to track them further and thus, assume they died in McHenry County. He was 75 and she was 76 on this census. Does anyone have access to early McHenry Cty burial records?(I'm sure these deaths are too early to be public records.) Thank you. Eileen
