A plat map for 1912 shows land owned by M. Herman in White Oak Twp.
Does anyone have any information on this M. Herman. I'm looking for Michael Herman, born in Germany, lived in various places in IL, including Minead, Woodford, and now, possibly McLean.
The last I found Michael was in 1900 Kansas Twp., Woodford.
There are no land or cemetery records for him or his family, yet a newspaper article in 1899 stated he took his deceased son's body to Woodford Co. to be buried in his family lot.
If anyone knows if this M. Herman land in McLean Co. is not Herman, please, would you let me know so I can stop looking there for him?
