Cleve(land) and Fern Richardson Spencer moved to Bloomington after the birth of their first child in Nebraska.

I've not been able to find the children after the 1930 census and wonder if they married and stayed in the area?
I would like to get an obit for both Cleve and Fern.
Cleveland died 24 June 1946.
Fern died 13 Nov. 1988.
