Sallie Rider was the 2nd wife of my great grandfather John T Barrett and died from childbirth. The family story is that Sallie died from childbirth complications and Chlora [their child] was raised by Sallie's morther. i knew that Clora married a Hibbs but only recently did I find what happened to Clora and if you have information, I would greatly appreciate having it. I'll have to check our cemetery records at our society for Sarah List burial to be sure. But no Sarah List did not die the same day as Sallie Rider. John Barrett married my mother's maternal grandmother and spent the rest of his life with her. They had 4 living children but I do not know how Clora worked in the relationship. I know she had a female relative we called Aunt Kit when I was young but I'll have to do some work to figure it all out.
