Thank-you for the offer of pictures. However, I put flowers on the graves every year and have pictures. My Aunt had the markers placed in the cemetry for my grt. grt.grandparents Katherina and Johannes Johnson; my grt. grandparents Andrew Peter and Augusta Johnson..my Uncle Wayne Johnson; my grt. Uncle John Johnson and a baby boy Johnson. My Grt. Uncle Carl and his wife Elsie are there too. I believe this grave is for the baby boy Katharina and Johannes lost aboard ship and was buried at sea in 1863.. However, I just read in my Grt. grandfather's(Andrew Peter) obituary that he had been preceded in death by an infant son, William! This was the first time I had ever heard of him or even a name..or we would have had a grave marker for him too. I am trying to find out if there is any record of this baby William who was probably born in Shelby Co. Illinois after 1884 and before 1889. I am really trying to find out about him.
