Hello. I'am looking for a record of birth for my mother. She was told by her mom that she was born in Jacksonville,Illinois, but when it came time for her to get Social Security, there was no record of her birth any where. Her name was Glady helen Eckman. She was born 4 march 1913. Her parents were Rubi H Eckman and Hattie E markley. If anyone could be of help I would sure appriciate it. thanks for your time.
