Mr. Osborn was a resident: here for 17 years until going to Ogallala last spring. "Harlie" who would have been 90 years old in February, remained an unusually active man until the last yeah of his life. Born in Inddiana, he lived many years in the Turkey Creekneighborhood northeast of Edison, before moving to Garden County in 1909. In 1936 he came with his wife to make his home here. (Ogallala).
