I am searching for the ancestors of William and Martha Farmer Dobbs. William b. 1807 in TN, Martha Farmer b. 1811 in NC. William and Martha were married in TN. While living in TN they had 3 children: Lavina b. abt 1833, Eliza b. 1835 & John b. 1836. William, Martha and their 3 children moved to Tennessee Prairie in Raccoon Twp., Marion County, Illinois in 1840. In IL they had 2 more children: twins William Henry and Martha, b. 12 Aug. 1843. William died in 1845. Martha remarried a John Bundy. Martha died in 1872 at the home of her son (John Dobbs) in Jefferson Co., IL.
