Not uncommon in those days Robert. My mother in 1910 Meigs co., Oh. was enumerated twice at age 14. In the household where she was enumerated as a servant and also with her parents at home. In genealogy you will quickly learn there are many variances on any "official" document. I have used several search options including first names and nativities but I still don't find the rest of the Paynes or Ethel in 1920. Dick
