On the 1880 report, a Sarah Thornsbury was living in his household and listed as "sister". Sarah Dry married Nathan Godwin, 30 Mar 1835, then Jeffrey Thornsbury/berry in 22 Nov 1840. She was born about 1815 in NC. Edmond and Sarah Dry were siblings and born in NC.
2. John Moses Dry married Sarah Godwin 30 Mar 1837, Perry Co., IL. They were enumerated in 1840 (Moses), 1850 (John M), 1860 (Moses), & 1870 (John M) census reports. John Moses Dry was born about 1812 in NC.
