James Brown (b. Ireland, 1763; d. Perry County, Illinois, 27 Aug 1853) is my 4G Grandfather. I do not know his parents.

Elijah Jackson Fannin (b. Alabama, about 1823; d. Perry County, Illinois, 1876) is my 2G Grandfather. He and Jennett Elisabeth A. Brown had 8 children: Mary A., John Washington, Martha Ann, H. Jefferson (Jeff), Williams Simms, Frances Elizabeth, Mary Nesbit (Mollie), and Sarah Elizabeth (Lizzie).

How does this compare to your information.

Thanks, Robert
