Where do I write to request gaurdianship records of children? My grandfather, Lewis Cape, died February 1917 in Karnak, not long after that my mother and her sister, Edith Pearl and Kloa Belle Cape, as well as my grandmother, Artie Cape, were sent to Lincoln State School and Colony. My mother was 4 years old and remained there until she ran away at age 17. Any assistance will be appreciated.
