Meredith And William A. Edwards, Brothers, Died 1865/1870

Seeking any information on these two brothers, formerly of Logan/Simpson/Calloway Counties, Kentucky and both natives of Chatham County, North Carolina. Their father was John Edwards; their mother Hannah Brewer. William is believed to have contracted smallpox on a visit to see Meredith in Pulaski County about 1865. He was hastily buried. Meredith appears to have passed away shortly thereafter (probably by 1870). Are there gravestones and/or death records extant for either man? If so, where? Any and all information most sincerely appreciated. God bless you and thanks.
