From what I could find is, that Myrtle was first married at age 17/18 to Harvey H. Heater & he was 35 at the time of the marriage.At this time,1920 they were living in Tamma, Alexander Il. Either he passed away or they separated & she then married Mr. Coleman. You may want to try and purchase Frances birth certificate to learn her fathers name. (I have had to do this,plus death certificates to get things cleared up in my search on my family.) I believe Frances was born about 1922/23. You may want to try they following address to find the information you are looking for;

You also want to ask them if they have a Genealogy Department or if there is one for Pulaski County. If you are interested in getting Frances birth record ask them for the County Clerks phone number and address.
