I would certainly appreciate it if someone in Randolph County (Kaskaskia)could check to see if and when a marriage license was issued for John BENEDICT and Rebecca STANDLEE (could be spelled STANDLEY or STANDLY). It would be around 1802-03. Rebecca's parents John and Sara STANDLEE were from Kentucky, John's relatives were from NY and he was a hatter by trade. Let me know the charges and where to write for the information. Thanks in advance.
