Good morning
I am trying to find the burial place for Marie Rouensa, dau of Chief Francois Xavier Rouensa of the Illini / Kaskaskia tribe. She was first md. to Michale Accult (Aco Ako) and then to Michael Phillipe, and she is my 8th gr. g.m. Have read that she was buried under her pew at the Catholc church she atteneded. She died in 1725, so I'm sure the church has to have been rebuilt several times since then. Is her grave under the church marked, or is there a plaque on the wall in the current church or anything that would state that she is buried there??
