Hello!
I have not located the civil war papers yet, but I have a few leads. It was suggested that I check with the Randolph County Historical Society or the towns in the county. They may have been donated before Mayetta died. I also have a name and number for another family member that had been doing some research as well. I will keep you updated.....this is really such a wonderful hobby for a people-person like me! :)
