Charles August TIEHES came to Chester, IL. from Germany in 1844. He lived in 'Upper Chester', bought land in section 26, range 6, township 7 and married Julia Anna Vessels on 10 December 1849 in Randolph County, IL. Rev. N. Perrin signed the marriage license. He then married a lady in Perry County Missouri in 1961. Can someone tell us where Julia Ann TIEHES is buried? In which church were Charles & Julia married? Any help is appreciated.
