Trying to find the parents of Charles William Dean, b. May 7, 1843 in Illinois; d. Feb. 7, 1917, Palestine, Illinois. Married Oct. 21, 1863 to Florina (or Florine) Fowler, in Randolph county, IL. He was a farmer and lived in Chester, c. 1880 and later in Palestine. Buried in New Palestine cemetery. His father and mother were probably born in Kentucky. Any documented help much appreciated. Thank you.
