2) Ilgenfritz, Thomas, Pvt Co G; mustered Sep 25, 1861, as a volunteer; discharged Oct 13, 1864; born @1836/37; died Sep 25, 1885; a shoemaker and janitor from York; 5' 6", black hair, black eyes; illiterate; married Emma F. Kitch who died 1875; remarried Mary A. Rouse January 16, 1877; children: Thomas (b. 08/02/77), Norman M. (08/30/79), James (b. 09/12/82), Harry Strickler (b. 10/01/84); buried at Prospect Hill Cemetery, York, Pennsylvania
