Daniel Iiams, b.1845, d. 1865,Civil War Vet. Born Town Creek Homestead Bedford County, PA. Served with one of the Pennsylvania Regiments. Daniel was the son of Aaron Iiams, b. 1819, d. 1868 and Sophia Rowland, b. 1819. I have been unable to confirm what Pennsylvania unit Daniel, served with during the Civil War. I have seen reference to Company 101, 1st PA. But I don't believe this is accurate since Command Company designations are by the alphabet Company A, Company B, etc. Nor have I have been able to locate a Daniel Iiams, on any of the Pennsylvania Regimental Rosters. Daniel was a brother to my great grandmother Mary Ann Iiams' b. 1847 d,1898. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
