I assume you have the 1900 and 1880 census records for Sarah J. Premer/Hetler. Although you did not give the given name , only Mr. Premer. He was William M. Premer, died Mar 25 1881 age 26y, 7m, 12d, Martha S. d Jul 28 1905, age 45y, 6m, 2days, buried Tricker or Blue Creek Cem.
I think he is listed on the 1870 census for White Co. Indiana, Prairie Twp, image 16. Living with the Wilson Shigley family, Wilson age 47 b OH, wife Lucy 28 b KY, Shigley children Henry M. 4; Ellon W. 2; Eva A. 13; and Wm. M. Premer 15 Laborer b MO, attending school. If Lucy wasn't so young I would think she would have been his mother, but might be some relationship here. I was unable to locate William in the 1860 census.
