This child was placed in the St Vincent's Orphans Asylum and she is listed as an inmate after her parents divorced. Her parents were Earle Einnis Wroughton and Madonna K. Rhodes. Madonna was his second wife. Frances went by the name Wanita. Her 2 brothers were sent to a boy's home. The 1920 census record for them is below hers.
