Hello thanks for your reply the john you are refering to was the son of the william iam looking for info. on john did indeed also have a brother named william i have always been told that my william died & is buried somewhere in martin co. indiana , but then i saw mention of him maybe being buried in bartholomew co. so i thought someone might know something. his wifes name was polly vandeveer noblitt they came from north carolina to kentucky to indiana where william organized baptist churches all over southern indiana they were known to have lived in washington co.,orange co., lawrence co.,& martin co. i am trying to research william & polly,s children one of which was my 3 times great grandpa , they had 10 children . i did notice a noblitt connected to john & jane ferguson noblitt had married a cooley which caught my eye because my husbands stepdad was a cooley . i havent searched that far into his stepdad,s family to know if they connect yet iam mainly working on the noblitts right now
