I am looking for information regarding the family of Jesse Talkington RICHARDS and his wife Ida Lourena CLARK. Jesse was originally from Wayne county, Illinois, and moved to Vermilion county, Illinois with his family before the 1920 census. Jesse and family were enumerated in Ambia, Benton County, Indiana during the 1930 census. A record I have found for Ida states that she was a widow when she died in Vermilion county, Illinois during 1949, and was buried at Boswell, Indiana. Since Jesse is not listed in Illinois records, I assume that he died between 1930 and 1949 in Benton county, and was also buried at Bosewell.
Jesse and Ida had a number of children by the 1930 census. I know that two sons were buried at Floral Hill cemetery in Iroquios county, but that is all that I have at this point. Any additional information or leads would be greatly appreciated.
Jesse was the brother of my great-grandfather, Hiram Alvin Richards. I have my great-grandparent's photo album, with many unmarked family photos taken during 1920's and 1930's, and I am eager to share them with anyone who might be interested.
