Hartford City Public Library has graves registraton for Blackford County. Their address is 314 N. High Street, Hartford City, Indiana 47348. Phone number is 765-348-1720. If they don't have it they will know who does. If you go into their website there is an e-mail address but I don't have it at hand just now.
