Birth or Death Record in Blackford County

I'm looking for a birth and/or death record for a baby born about 1886 to 1888. The last name could be Gilson or Toloday/Tolliday. Parents were William H Toloday and the mother was Ina Louella Gilson. The baby I believe was a girl and possibly named Emma. If a death record is found I would like to know where she/he is buried. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!
