Hi,
I'm not related only trying to help. I cannot verify this at this time, however, on Ancestry.com, someone posted the children of Elisha and first wife as: Elijah born 1826, Fanny born 1831 and Permilla born 1837, she mrd 8th April 1858 to Elzie Tanner Pedigo in Boone Co, Indiana. I will check my cemetery records to see when Permilla died, and perhaps from there we can verify her mother.
