I'm searching for the parents of John Good b. 1788 married to Susannah Smeltzer. Both of them as well as all of their children were either born or raised in Boone County and many of them are buried in the Lutheran Cemetary outside of Whitestown. Every family tree I've come across says that his parents are Lorenz Guth and Anna Maria Dorney from Pennsylvania. And they did have a son named John (Johannes). But no further information for John is given (spouse's name, children's names etc) in the documentation or sources they provide. Does anyone have any information regarding this to prove or disprove that these are his parents? John Good is my 5th great grandfather and I'd love to be able to go back further. Thank you for any help you may have. :o)
