Acording to the Regimental history The only men that joined the regiment only enlisted between Febuary 19-March 25 1862. And if he joined on March.25,1864 he would have been mustered ot in March of 1867. And the final reports are that no men were transferd to another regiment. they were all mustered out July.21,1865. Wich would equal to 3 year service. Any way dose Mrs. Wilson have a record of William's service? Thanks for the information. I am still looking for stuff and will keep you posted.
