No, I have not been able to trace this family. There is a possibility that her name may have been Julia Adair Bowen instead of JUlia Ann. There were a lot of Adair's in the area of Michigan, I believe. But I am at a loss to identify the family. Do you have any Adair's or Carter's in your line?
