Seeking information of John ca(1800PA-1879IN), wife Amanda Lentz ca (1811PA-1861IN), and their last born son, my maternal g,grandfather John Andrew FLORA (1845IN-1934KS) moving to Mauck's Port (after 1847 Mauckport) Harrison County, Heth Twp., IN from Union County, IN ca 1844, moving then to Haw Creek Twp., Bartholomew County, IN ca 1855. John Andrew repotedly attending United Brethern Chuch's, Hartsville University (4th created west of mountains) then serving Union Army ending in Lyon County, KS in 1865.

1850 census has John as a "United Brethren Minister", where, in 1844 Abram FLORA was listed "Church Trustee". My great grandfather, John Andrew, was born 5 Sept 1845, living next door to Frakes, who moved from Montgomery Co Ky to Indiana, then to Putman Co., IN.

John & Amanda of Pennslyviana, united about 1832, had six known children: Josphine b.1833, Wolney Pulaski, b.1834, Sarah Catharine, b.1836, Daniel Rice Boon, b.1838. Margaret Ann, b.1841 (may have been born in Harrison County) moving to Mauck's Port.

      I've found on
http://home.att.net/~Local_History/Harrison-Co-IN.htm Abram FLORA in 1844, and William H, Sr., James K. and Wm. H. Jr. later. Also on http://harrisoncountygenealg.com found Wm H. (1841-1918) and Jefferson (1834-1916) & Sarah FLORA (1844-1907)

Reportedly, Amanda died ca 1861 then John, on 17 Feb 1863 married twice widowed Sarah Mobley, believed s/o Professor L(Lewis?) Mobley of Hartsville University, 1st, 9 Aug 1849 to John Fix (1827-1854IN), thought s/o Reverand William Fix, then Albert George Crisler (1810VA-1857IN) & family, 3 Sep 1857 who reportedly was buried Oct 1857 having a daughter Willameta who in 1893 supposedly married her aunt's twice widowed husband, Thomas Lee, Jr..

John and Amanda's six children moved to Missouri or Kansas starting fall of 1860. Sarah with three prior children, bore John five more, last Lewis, in 1879 which may have been year of John's death for he is not in 1880 census. No record of any Flora tombstones.

I'm attempting to consruct a Family Tree, and booklet. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
