Looking for ancestors and descendants of the following folks.
John Dean was b. ca. 1826, OH, Mary Ferguson, b. abt 1840 in KY. In 1880 they were living in Noble, Cass Co., IN with their children: John E, 25; Charles L.,16; Robert E., 14; Elizabeth, 11 and James A. Dean, 25. James A. may have been a brother as he is listed elsewhere as 44 years of age.Mary was d/o William Ferguson and Elizabeth Patton.

I hope to determine if John Dean was related to Eleanor Dean of WV.
