The only Hoke in Clark Co in 1850 old enough to be the parents of Andrew were James age 63, b Va and his wife Mary 53, b Ky. All the children at home were born in Ky. Children were Jane, John, Henry and David.Jane was 28 and John was 24. So they had children old enough to get married.f
In 1840 James was in Washington, Washington Co, In. He had two sons 10 but under 15 so it seems a good possibility that one of those sons was Andrew.
There were two Reynolds in Clark Co in 1840. James and Samuel. James had a daughter 5 but under 10. Samuel had no young children.
I think her parents might have been James and Ruth Reynolds. In 1850 there was a Sarah J living at home age 18 on Aug 24 when the census was taken. This James was born in Ky. Here is the exact record:
