Found at Indiana State Library February 2, 2004 on microfilm #IND 1-011A29 This Indenture Witnesseth That JOHN GEMAKA and MARIA J. GEMAKA his wife of Clay County in the State of Indiana convey and warrant to William Mayrose of Clay County in the State of Indiana for the sum of Three Hundred and fifty Dollars the following Real Estate in Clay County in the State of Indiana to wit The South East Quarter of the North West Quarter of Section Twenty Three (23) Township Eleven (11) North of Range six (6) West except Twenty four (24) rods in width off the North Side thereof = 28 acres more or less. Possession of all these lands to pass with delivering of this deed except that Gemaka is to have use of house and garden until September 1” 1882 In witness whereof the said John Gemaka and Maria J.
