Joseph and Benjamin Dungan were early settlers in Delaware County,IN. Prior to September 1835, Joseph Dungan died in Delaware County, and his widow, Mrs. Elizabeth Dungan, married Benjamin Dungan (who had lost his wife) on August 1, 1836.
The 1881 Delaware County, IN, history notes that Benjamin "..remmoved to a farm in Clinton County, Indiana where he died in 1858".
I am posting this infomation in hopes of finding confirmation of Benjamin's death there.
